Here you will find the most frequently asked questions:
1How far in advance do I need to book?
You are welcome to book a flight for the same day. If the jets are available at your chosen departure airport, we need a lead time of 2-3 hours.
2When and how will payment be made?
You have the possibility to make your booking both by credit card and bank transfer. In principle, advance payment is always required for our flights. The terms of payment are specified in the contract.
3How safe is my flight?
Since we are a company approved by the LBA "Luftfahrt-Bundesamt", we have to meet the same standards and requirements as scheduled air traffic.
4How flexible can I change my booking?
Rebooking is basically possible at any time up to departure, if necessary for an additional charge.
5How long does the check-in take?
Thanks to the fast check-in at the private terminal, it takes only 10 minutes from your arrival at the airport to the jet.
6Can I park at the airport?
Parking spaces are available in most private terminals. We are happy to organise parking for you on request.
